More or less intense red colour, fruity scent with notes of cooked fruit. A light, lively wine, best enjoyed in the year of production.

- Left on the skins for about 6 to 7 days, with the cap frequently wetted with the must and constant control of fermentation temperature. Refined in tank and completed in bottle for at least another month.
