Langhe Nebbiolo made from a blend of Barolo vineyards, aged 10 to 12 months in used barriques and 500-litre French casks.
Tasting notes
Ruby red of modest intensity. Delicate nose with floral violet and fruity notes, mainly wild berries and raspberry, and a light spicy vein from the oak. Full and dry on the palate, with a light tannic vein.

- Vinification
- Fermented in stainless steel for 10 to 12 days at a controlled maximum of 28 °C, with 2 to 3 pump-overs a day. Malolactic fermentation takes place in steel. Aged 10 to 12 months in used barriques and used 500-litre French casks, racked once, then 3 to 4 months in steel before bottling.
