- Vinification
- Hand-harvested into 20 kg baskets. Warm fermentation in a concrete vat followed by 35 days of maceration with submerged cap. Aged 24 months in a 25 hl Slavonian oak cask, then 7 months in concrete before bottling, with further bottle ageing before release.
