Tasting notes

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Intensely citrus nose with pink grapefruit and cedar, aromatic herbs such as rosemary and thyme, and delicate elderflower. Crunchy in the mouth with a balance of freshness and salinity, and a long, persistent finish.
