La Rustìa is Orsolani's dry Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG, a still white made from 100% Erbaluce grapes with rigorous selection and close attention through every stage of cellar work.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with bright golden hints, with assertive aromas of sage and aromatic herbs alongside white peach and ripe pink grapefruit, all very pleasant. On the palate the wine is serious and consistent, with excellent persistence that continues into a pleasant mineral note.
