Cuvée Tradizione is Orsolani's metodo classico Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG spumante, extra brut in dosage, in the style the estate pioneered when it first sparkled Erbaluce in 1968.
Tasting notes
An elegant straw yellow, with a fine perlage. The nose carries aniseed and aromatic herbs with a light bread crust note from the long time on the lees. Full on the palate with a robust entry followed by a characteristic savoury, mineral sensation.
