Red
Teorema
By Molino, Barbaresco, Piemonte, Italy
A Barbaresco DOCG blending Nebbiolo from Treiso and from San Rocco Seno d'Elvio, aged in both barrique and large oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Ruby red with very intense garnet reflections. Delicate, elegant nose of red fruit and dried flowers such as violet and rose, with fresh notes of eucalyptus and mint. Full-bodied and velvety, with sweet tannins and a spicy finish.
Pairs well with
Red meat and ripe cheeses. With age, a wine for conversation.
