Langhe Nascetta

Single-variety white from the native Nascetta grape, grown at the family's Montelupo Albese vineyard and made in steel. Alcohol 12.5 to 13% vol depending on vintage.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish hints; aromas of flowers, acacia honey and citrus. Delicate, harmonious, slightly acidic and savoury, with good structure and longevity.

Cured meats, fresh cheeses, delicate first courses, vegetable and fish starters

- Vinification
- After separating stems and skins, the must ferments in steel tanks at a controlled 16 to 18 °C, followed by a short ageing in steel. The wine is ready after a couple of months in bottle.
