Bright straw-yellow with a hint of green. Floral aroma with subtle fresh fruit nuances, evoking summer. Lively, seductively elegant, velvety flavour, harmoniously drinkable.

- Produced in the traditional manner. The grapes are pressed as soon as they are picked and, after a brief debourbage, the must ferments at controlled temperature, to keep the fragrance of the grape and bring out the character of the area of origin.
