The estate's "classic" Gavi, 100% Cortese from the municipality of Gavi. Organic, 13.5% alcohol, 25,000 bottles. A second version is made with the Kosher method under KLBD certification.
Tasting notes
Straw-yellow with faint greenish highlights. Delicate, floral bouquet conveying the fragrance of the grape. Harmonious, fresh, pleasant, lively flavour.

Suitable for daily drinking, with light meals or dishes from international cuisine.
