White
Tantéi
By Mandirola, Colli Tortonesi, Piemonte, Italy
Mandirola's selection from the over 90 year old Tantéi vineyard, a Colli Tortonesi Timorasso Riserva combining concrete tank fermentation with a brief passage in French oak tonneaux. A harmonious, zesty and extremely persistent wine shaped by the heterogeneity of the old vines.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow colour. Intense, persistent bouquet with traces of flowers, smooth and elegant with scents of vanilla. Warm and soft on the palate with hints of pear and toasted almond.
Pairs well with
Suitable for the whole meal, it excels with tasty and cured cheese, and is an elegant support to white meat, pate and vegetarian dishes, as well as Piemontese white truffle.
