Mandirola's youngest and most palatable Barbera, from selected vineyards in the Municipality of Casasco. Typically characterized by freshness, acidity and fruity notes.
Tasting notes
Ruby red colour, intense and bright. Vinous and persistent bouquet with hints of strawberries and red berries. Harmonic, balanced palate with soft notes of strawberry jam.
Pairs well with
Perfect with cured meat.

- Guyot training, plant density of 4,500 vines per hectare, vines around 40 years old, yield of 8,000 kg per hectare
- Vinification
- Grapes crushed and fermented in large vats for 8-10 days, then refined by traditional method, filtered and bottled for a further 12 months. Alcohol 13-14% by volume.

- Store in a cool, dark place, away from sources of heat and light. Best enjoyed young.
