The estate's Riserva, from an old south-facing vineyard on red soil at 300m in Tassarolo, overlooked by a monumental Green Oak, aged about 12 months in tank plus further bottle ageing.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow in colour, the old vines and the long aging give it structure, flavor and length, without losing the characteristic freshness and cleanliness typical of the estate's Gavi. It is a wine meant for aging, with an evolution towards notes of petrol and tropical fruit.
