Tempo al Tempo is a Gavi DOCG del Comune di Gavi library release from white, poor soil, aged in bottle to let long aging enhance Gavi's characteristics. The label depicts an 'umarell', a Bolognese-dialect term for old men who watch building sites and give advice to the builders.
Tasting notes
The natural acidity of Cortese balances the exceptional structure of the palate with freshness, where intense notes of flint combine with white fruit in a very long finish.
