Grown on a fluvioglacial hill in the municipality of Sizzano that runs north to south, a mostly clayey plateau split into two hilly strips.

Tasting notes

Colour: ruby red with garnet reflections. Taste: dry, savory, harmonious. Bouquet: vinous, with slight hints of violet, fine.
