A single-plot Piemonte Sauvignon DOC from the Bricco Sartorino vineyard in Portacomaro, aged 6 months in Vinooxygen.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with greenish reflections. Intensely citrus nose with hints of pink grapefruit and cedar, aromatic herbs (rosemary, thyme) and delicate elderflower notes. Crunchy on the palate with a great balance between freshness and salinity, and a long, persistent finish.
