A single-plot Grignolino d'Asti DOC from the Bricco Pizzo vineyard in Cioccaro di Penango, aged 12 months in tonneaux.
Tasting notes
Bright ruby red. Intense, floral nose with hints of slightly macerated geranium from a late harvest. Elegant, soft spice from oak ageing. Very persistent on the palate with good freshness and flavour and a fine verticality, full and persistent tannin with a silky note from the mix of new and used tonneaux.
