Red
Parcella 563
By I Parcellari, Roero, Piemonte, Italy
A single-plot Barbera d'Asti DOCG from the Bricco Pizzo vineyard in Cioccaro di Penango, aged 15 months in tonneaux.
Tasting notes
Deep ruby red. Intense, fruity nose of ripe fruit from a late harvest. Elegant, soft spice from oak ageing. Very persistent on the palate with good freshness and a direct, crunchy impact, and soft, silky tannin from the mix of new and used tonneaux.
