A single-plot Piemonte Chardonnay DOC from the Bricco La Gambina vineyard in Grazzano Badoglio, fermented and aged in barrique with bâtonnage.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow tending to gold. Notes of rosemary flower, tomato leaf, yellow peach skin and hints of yeast on the nose. Crunchy on the palate with almond and aniseed notes, freshness that widens into the aftertaste, and a long, persistent finish.
