Rapui

A white from Incrocio Manzoni (Pinot Bianco x Riesling Renano), added to the range in 2020. The name Rapui refers to its small, stubby bunches.
Tasting notes
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. Citrus, peach and white flowers with a mineral background. Savoury, fresh and persistent.
Pairs well with
Fish, soft-cheese dishes, vegetables, white meat or shellfish; also as an aperitif

- Vinification
- Soft pressing with immediate separation of the skins, cold static settling of the must, 10 to 15 days of fermentation in temperature-controlled steel, then maturation in steel until bottling.
