Tasting notes
Bright ruby red. Fresh nose of red fruits and black cherry. Fruity and dry on the palate, with excellent body and soft tannins.

Cold cuts, starters, pasta, white meat, pizza

- Vinification
- Fermentation on the skins in temperature-controlled rotary fermenters at 25-30 C for about 5 to 7 days, then 10 months in stainless steel until bottling.
