Tasting notes
Intense ruby red. Enveloping nose of wild berries and red fruits. Fruity, full-bodied and persistent, round and velvety.

- Fermentation in stainless steel on the skins in temperature-controlled rotary fermenters at 25-30 C for about 6 to 7 days; after malolactic fermentation, 18 months in French barriques.
