Tasting notes
Elegant wine with a broad bouquet showing floral notes of rose and fruity notes of wild strawberries and raspberries. On the palate it is inviting, with a characteristic tannic structure that emerges in a delicate, satisfying finish.
Pairs well with
Very versatile for pairing, excellent with roasted white meat, braised and boiled dishes, and also with delicate first courses such as risottos.
