White
Lucia
By Francesca Castaldi, Alto Piemonte, Piemonte, Italy
A 100% Erbaluce, locally called Greco Novarese, from Briona vineyards planted between 2009 and 2014, fermented in temperature-controlled steel and bottled the following spring.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow, typical of the variety. Floral and intense on the nose, with hints of aromatic herbs. Dry and savoury on the palate, with good body that makes it full.
Pairs well with
A classic match with fish, but also good with vegetable-based first courses and white meats.
