A gently sparkling sweet Moscato from the Canelli DOCG, the estate's take on the classic wine of its home hills.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow with golden highlights and a fine, persistent bead. Intense, classic Moscato aromas of fruit, sage, flowers and honey. Sweet, fresh and intensely aromatic, with balancing acidity.
Pairs well with
Desserts, fruit, pastries, ice cream and leavened cakes, and also cured meats.

- Hillside above 400 m, rows planted both along and across the contours, hand-worked; short Guyot, over 7,000 vines per hectare
- Vinification
- Hand-picked into small perforated crates, pressed and fermented straight away with the house's selected yeasts, then stabilised and cold-bottled in heavy Burgundy bottles. The label reproduces a period card kept at the estate. 5.5% alcohol, around 130 g/l residual sugar.
