White
Pasucrà
By Forteto della Luja, Asti, Piemonte, Italy
The first DOC dry Moscato in Piemonte, released in 2020. Its dialect name means "not sweet", and it revives the old farmhouse tradition of sweet filtered Moscato that turned dry over the summer months.
Tasting notes
Still, golden yellow. Intense and persistent, with mineral, citrus and complex petrol notes. Fresh, savoury and long on the palate, with a sense of the sea.
Pairs well with
Scallops, crudités, Asian dishes, shellfish, molluscs, vegetables, antipasti, first courses and white meat.
