A rare dried-grape Brachetto, sweet and aromatic, from high vineyards near Loazzolo. Local tradition says Barbera is for eating and Brachetto for singing. Sold in 37.5 cl bottles.
Tasting notes
Cherry-red with garnet highlights. Gently aromatic, with dried rose, strawberry jam, cherries in syrup and spice.
Pairs well with
A red dessert and meditation wine. Hazelnut, walnut and almond cakes, chocolate, chestnuts.

- Vinification
- Overripe, late-picked grapes are briefly dried before pressing. The new wine ferments and evolves for more than 12 months in small oak barrels, is cold-stabilised over winter and bottled in spring of the second year. 9 to 10% alcohol, around 130 g/l residual sugar.
