- Made from rigorously selected Nebbiolo grapes with a maximum yield of 55 quintals per hectare (hectare yield 35 hl), picked at full ripeness for structure and persistence. Vinified in steel tanks, then aged for three months, its "tre lune" (three moons), in barriques, which softens the tannins and balances the wine; reaches its best after at least six months in bottle.
