Tenuta Santa Chiara's Alta Langa DOCG metodo classico, two thirds Pinot Nero and one third Chardonnay, from the estate's own vineyards near Roccaverano.
Tasting notes
Bright straw yellow. Fruity on the nose with a hint of pastry sweetness. Fresh and fine on the palate, with a creamy, velvety perlage.

- Hand-harvested in the second half of August.
- Vinification
- Base wine includes 15% reserve wines aged in wood; tirage in spring, then 30 months on the lees before disgorgement, with a generous dosage balanced by the freshness of grapes grown at altitude.
