Red field blend of several varieties, a first experiment in 2022 inspired by the traditional blends of northern Piemonte. Fermented with 30% whole bunches, three months on the skins, aged in concrete and used wood, unfiltered.

- Guyot training; vines about 20 years old, some already in the historic family vineyards, others planted by the winemaker's father between 2000 and 2002
- Vinification
- Main varieties harvested 12 October, 30% whole bunches, remainder destemmed, 3 months maceration, aged in concrete. Minor varieties harvested 15 October, destemmed, about two weeks on skins, aged in used wooden barrels. Blended January 2023, bottled January 2024 by gravity, unfiltered. Total sulphur below 20 mg/L. Organic farming.
