White
La Norezza
By Eugenio Pastoris, Canavese, Piemonte, Italy
White from the Viverone estate, mostly pressed directly with part of the grapes macerated for two months and a small share of late, botrytised fruit. Rested a year in concrete and bottled unfiltered.
Tasting notes
The La Norezza Erbaluce presents a brilliant straw-yellow color with green reflections, exuding delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple, and a touch of almond. The palate is crisp and refreshing, with a vibrant acidity and a mineral-driven finish. [Profiles: fresh, dry, aromatic, mineral, crisp]
