Lightly sparkling sweet white at 5.5% ABV, from Moscato grown around Canelli and Castagnole delle Lanze.
Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow with golden reflections. Fresh, delicate nose of honey. Sweet and fruity.
Pairs well with
Hazelnut cake, sweets such as panettone, fresh fruit salad.

- Vinification
- Grapes are pressed very gently and the free-run must goes into an autoclave for fermentation at controlled temperature. The wine is then filtered and bottled. Aged in steel; first bottling in December of the harvest year.
