Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow with persistent, elegant bubbles. Composed, elegant, fruity nose with bread crust and white-fleshed fruit. Dry, balanced and harmonious, with a refined structure.
Pairs well with
Aperitif, starters, delicate first courses, fish and festive occasions.

- Vinification
- Grapes are picked slightly early for freshness and pressed very gently. The must is chilled to 15 °C, settled naturally and fermented in tank, then taken to an autoclave for the second fermentation (Charmat method). Rests at least 4 months in bottle after bottling.

- Drink from the year after harvest; keeps for several years. 13% ABV (varies slightly by vintage). Bottle sizes 0.75 l and 1.5 l.
