Dry still white from Roero Arneis grown next to the cellar in Castagnito. "Arsivel" is the estate's registered brand, a Piedmontese word for a likeable, outgoing person.
Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fresh, delicate, full nose of chamomile, peach and apricot. Dry, balanced and harmonious, with a faint honeyed finish.
Pairs well with
Aperitif, starters, first courses, fish and white meats.

- Planted 1990; 3,000 vines per hectare; traditional guyot; yield 90 quintals per hectare
- Vinification
- Skins are cold-macerated for 24 to 36 hours to extract aromas, then fermented at controlled temperature. After fermentation the wine is racked a few times and rests on its lees with batonnage. Aged in steel; first bottling in December of the harvest year.

- Drink from the year after harvest; with its alcohol level it keeps for several years. 13.5% ABV (varies slightly by vintage).
