Tasting notes
Intense peach blossom, honey and dried fruit on the nose. Creamy and enveloping on the palate, with ripe fruit, citrus and marzipan.

- Vinification
- Destemmed and gently pressed without pressing the berries, so only the free-run flower must is used. First fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks, then 9 months of ageing. Second fermentation in bottle, then at least 30 months on the lees. Riddled by hand.
