The family's top Nebbiolo before the Barolos arrive, from 65-year-old vines at San Sebastiano, and an AIS Vitae 2027 '100 Vini Rivelazione' pick for the 2024 vintage.

Tasting notes

Deep garnet. Raspberry, cherry and wild strawberry lead to very airy rose and violet notes. In 2024 the palate is more lifted and refined than the previous vintage, with crunchy red fruit, a citrus edge, silky enveloping tannins and vibrant acidity carrying a long finish.

Pairs well with

Veal chop with mushrooms (suggested by an importer); classic Piemonte meat dishes
