Red
Bricco Lago
By Cascina Penna-Currado, Langhe, Piemonte, Italy
A modern, whole-bunch Dolcetto from old Monforte vines, built for finesse and easy drinking.
Tasting notes
Red with light purple hues. Wild berries and cherry burst from the glass. Airy and gently spiced on the palate, with light, polished but well-defined tannins and a long, smooth finish.
Pairs well with
Pasta with meat sauce, grilled poultry, risotto, pizza, young cheeses; the producer also suggests mature Castelmagno
