A traditional-method (metodo classico) sparkling Roero Arneis, Extra Brut, aged 30 months on the lees in bottle.

Fine, persistent perlage, straw yellow colour. Fresh on the palate with good acidity, notes reminiscent of bread crust. A fine, dry finish.
