Tasting notes
Intense ruby with purple reflections. Intense, elegant and fine, with liquorice, blueberry and vanilla. Full, structured, fresh and particularly soft, very persistent.

Red meats, grilled dishes, roasts, lasagne, structured sauces, aged cheeses and mushroom dishes
