Crucànt is a Pinot Nero and Chardonnay sparkling wine made with the Martinotti method.
Tasting notes
Light straw yellow with an elegant, persistent perlage; fragrant and dry, sapid with a slightly bitter finish.
Pairs well with
Good as an aperitif; pairs with structured first courses, elegant main courses, fried fish, grilled vegetables and strong cheeses.

- Martinotti method: the English page states fermentation for 80 days in closed tank with a further 80 days of bottle aging, while the Italian page states tank fermentation at controlled temperature with the mousse taken in autoclave and only 3 months of bottle aging (durations conflict between the two pages).
