Cascina Faletta Carosello

Carosello is a still rosé made from 100% Syrah, fermented in steel and briefly aged in bottle.

Tasting notes

Pearl pink still wine. On the nose, fruity notes of peach, star anise and elderflower. Long and persistent on the palate with balanced acidity.

Pairs well with

Grilled fish and white meats.
