Cantine Balbiano Primiera

Primiera is Balbiano's Novello, made by carbonic maceration and released a few months after harvest as a ready-to-drink autumn wine.

Tasting notes

Moderate tannin makes it ready to drink without pairing. Intense red colour with purple hues and a delicate, fruity, vinous aroma.

Pairs well with

Autumn dishes from late October to November, chestnut-based dishes, sausages, not-too-mature cheeses and bagna cauda.
