Cantine Balbiano Chiulìn

Chiulìn is Balbiano's rosé sparkling wine, first made for the winery's 70th anniversary as a re-edition of the founder's original sparkling wine and named after his nickname.

Tasting notes

A "chiaretto" rosé colour, with ethereal and floral notes and fine, elegant bubbles.

Pairs well with

Classic aperitifs, fresh cured meats and cheeses, salads, fish and shellfish dishes, sushi.
