Rosé
Rita
By Ca' Viola, Dogliani, Piemonte, Italy
The estate's first rosato, a Provence-inspired 100% Nebbiolo dedicated to Beppe Caviola's mother Margherita.
Tasting notes
Pale cerasuolo pink. Delicate, refined nose with subtle peach, raspberry and rose. Balanced, pleasant, crisp and lively fresh on the palate, with an interesting savouriness on the close.
