White
Clem
By Ca' Viola, Dogliani, Piemonte, Italy
The first white in Ca' Viola's history, a Riesling Renano from a newer project in the Alta Langa, behind the Barolo area.
Tasting notes
Brilliant yellow. Very fresh nose of white flowers, white peach and citrus, citron and grapefruit. Great acidity on the palate, juicy and very fresh, ending with an extraordinary savouriness that lasts for minutes.
