A Langhe Chardonnay from Fausoni vineyards in Neive, where the estate's Chardonnay began in 1991.
Tasting notes
Straw yellow. A complex, sweet and spicy nose of golden apple, pineapple, acacia honey and melon, with a green finish of broom and a light mineral touch. Warm, savoury, harmonious and spicy with notes of sweet tobacco; persistent.

- Fermentation at 15 C for about 15 to 20 days. Matured 12 months, 80% in steel and 20% in French oak barrique. Yield 50 hl per hectare.
