A single-vineyard Roero DOCG Nebbiolo from a centenary vineyard in Santo Stefano Roero, aged 12 months in large oak before a 22-24 month release.
Tasting notes
Our highest interpretation of the Roero: an exemplary Nebbiolo born from patience and care. Profound and complex, it emerges from patient waiting, sensitive agriculture and the careful interpretation of a single centenary vineyard. A deep, complex, terroir-driven wine with the potential to evolve over time.
