Tasting notes
Colour: rosé of medium intensity with violet nuances. Bouquet: intense fruit and delicate floral aromas. Taste: sweetish, fruity and easy-drinking.

- Direct pressing of the grapes lasting six hours. Alcoholic fermentation of the juice at low temperature in stainless steel tanks to preserve varietal aromas, followed by secondary fermentation in autoclave using the short Charmat method, lasting one month. Bottled in spring.
