Borgogno Serio Battista has made Barolo since 1897 and is now in its fifth generation. The estate sits in the Cannubi area of Barolo, on Via Crosia. Marco Bolla looks after vineyard and cellar with his daughter Emanuela, while Federica Boffa handles marketing, export and visitors.
The family farms about 7 hectares, 3 of them on top of Cannubi, with other parcels in Barolo (Bergera-Pezzole, Liste), Novello and Diano d'Alba. Pruning, thinning and the pre-harvest selection are done by the family itself. The range runs from Barolo Cannubi and Barolo Classico to Barbaresco, Nebbiolo d'Alba, Barbera d'Alba, Dolcetto, Langhe Nascetta, Gavi, the Dolcetto and Nebbiolo blend Seriulin and a Barolo Chinato. Cannubi is among the best-known crus of Barolo.

- Barolo Chinato: Barolo Chinato, Nebbiolo, Fortified. Barolo Chinato made from the estate's best Barolo, infused with china calissaja, vanilla, cinnamon and rhubarb. 17 to 17.5% alcohol.
- Barolo Classico: Barolo DOCG, Nebbiolo 100%, Red. Classic Barolo from the Bergera-Pezzole vineyard, aged in large Slavonian oak casks.
- Cannubi Riserva: Barolo Riserva DOCG, Nebbiolo 100%, Red. Barolo Riserva made only in outstanding vintages from a single parcel of the Cannubi vineyard.
- Dolcetto d'Alba: Dolcetto d'Alba DOC, Dolcetto 100%, Red
- Gavi: Gavi DOCG, Cortese 100%, White. Gavi from Cortese grown in Tassarolo and Francavilla Bisio, about 3,000 bottles a year depending on the vintage.
