Red
Time
By Sopravvento, Canavese, Piemonte, Italy
A light, carefully extracted red from a native grape, rested in a 19th-century balmetto cellar. First made in 2024, 800 bottles.
Tasting notes
Bright, limpid ruby colour. Fruity and floral nose of wild berries, raspberry and macerated wild strawberries with rose petals, medicinal herbs, violet and a balsamic freshness. Full, spirited and balanced on the palate, with a significant tannic backbone, energy and a savoury finish.
Pairs well with
Dishes fragrant with aromatic spices, polenta with porcini mushrooms, game and cheeses that are not too aged
